Josh is a math geek, word nerd, computer programmer, and full-time small organic farmer. In this lightning talk he discusses how he loves space games, but finds they're too tricky and twitchy for many people. So the question is, what if you could stop and think at any time? Can you translate the momentum management of Asteroids or Thrust into a turn-based game? And is it any fun? He shows a game he made to experiment with the idea and tweaked over time, and ideas he wants to experiment with in the future.
