This talk is from the 2020 virtual Roguelike Celebration:
https://roguelike.club/event2020.html

Tanya is the Captain of Kitfox Games, the studio behind Boyfriend Dungeon, Moon Hunters, and more, based in Montreal, Canada. She's also a co-founder and co-director of Pixelles, a feminist non-profit aiming to change game culture. She discusses the way her experience leading Pixelles and status as a game designer informs how she thinks about culture in a way that lets us actually change minds and improve the world around us. Society is like a buggy heap of legacy code, and this talk offers an approach to altering a procedure that's already running.
