On the initial filing date of my lawsuit against Google and YouTube, I filed a Motion to Proceed Without Paying the Filing Fee due to my financial situation. 8 months and 27 days later there was still no answer. During a phone call to the Federal Clerk of Court a male Representative informed me that the judge can take how ever long he chooses to answer a filed motion.

I immediately inquired the filing fee amount and paid the filing fee in person. Just Under 3 quarters of a year go by and no answer to my motion yet the judge answers the Defendants' motion in 1 day! If that's not a text book example of extreme bias toward a Pro se Plaintiff then I don't know what actual Bias is.
