Plaintiff's Reply to Defendants Agreed Proposed Statement of Facts PAUSE+READ FOR THE SHEER HONESTY!
0Please take the time to pause & read. In this document, I call out the Defendants, Counsel for the Defendants and assigned judge JP Stadtmueller for all that they have done to date to prevent my lawsuit from moving forward PLUS an intended Motion to Dismiss that has zero merit. All in an effort to keep the evidence, I have submitted, far from a jury.
A large portion of this document I intend to submit, if the Defendants file a Motion for Summary Judgment as I intend to oppose any Motions to Dismiss which will indeed halt Due Process and deny my Right to a Jury Trial if granted. More or less "When" granted due to the assigned judge displaying extreme bias toward the Pro se Plaintiff.
