or motion to my lawsuit. DON'T think,
even for a second, that I actually
believe this judge will
grant this
motion, NOTING the fact that my
Motion to Proceed Without Paying
the Filing Fee was
NEVER Granted,
Denied or Answered after patiently
waiting 8 months and 27 days and
paying the
Filing Fee after my You
Tube channel was purposely Demonetized by the Defendants and
a Clerk of
Court Representative in
forming me that the judge can take
as long as he chooses to answer
any filed
Motions. My lawsuit was
literally placed in limbo due to this.
I also filed this Motion to broaden
the scope of this judge's potential
level of Bias against me as a
Pro
se Plaintiff and as a timeframe
placeholder in case the Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss or
Summary Judgment creating a situa
tion where the judge would have
to choose which Motion to
grant
and deny between the Plaintiff and
Defendants. Seeing how my first
Motion ended with No
Answer being filed at all, there is a strong indication this motion will either be
quickly denied or
completely ignored just as my first motion.
