11-12-21 Filed Amended Complaint Based on Information in Defendants Corporate Disclosure Statement!
Title of this video says it all. I moved quickly on this important piece of information and amended my Complaint. Incorrectly naming Defendants is a viable defense for a Motion to Dismiss to be filed by the Defendants but (Fed. R. Civ. P. 21) provides that misjoinder of parties is not ground for dismissal of an action, and that parties may be dropped or added by court order on motion of any party or of the court's own initiative at any stage in the action and on such terms are just.
