Filed Demand Attorney for Defendants Immediately Refrain from Offers to Assist me, Pro se Plaintiff!
Thursday, October 28, 2021: Filed an Official Demand titled, "Plaintiff’s Demand for Counsel for the Defendants to Refrain from Offering Plaintiff Assistance in Filing Court Documents and Any Other Future Offers", along with an equally important separate additional document which are both shown in the video.
Twice, Sopen B. Shah from the Perkins Coie Law Firm and Attorney for the Defendants, Google and YouTube, offered me assistance, the Pro se Plaintiff who is suing the Defendants, Google and YouTube, in filing an important court document the Plaintiff is solely responsible in doing so and if I failed to do so the consequence would result in my lawsuit being dismissed. The first offer was with an email and the second offer was in the body of the Request for Evidence letter which were both sent to me by the Attorney for the Defendants.
I believe the Attorney for the Defendants would have never attempted such a stunt with an actual licensed attorney but it is obvious Counsel for the Defendants may think they are dealing with someone who has little intelligence and no common sense because I am representing myself in my
lawsuit.
It is incomprehensible that Counsel for the Defendants would actually have even a glimmer of hope that I would idiotically contact them for assistance and trust them to file court documents for me, despite my being fully aware they were hired by the Defendants and whose sole purpose is to represent the Defendants.
