With better understanding of how AVRdude send data, I am able to improve the FDxboot slightly. The upload speed doesn't increase much with 2Mbps in comparison to 1Mbps because the bottleneck is on how slow the flash memory is.

PS. The internet is full of these type of people whom don't really like this Chinese chip because they are either racist or dummies or both. The fact is that CH340G is awesome, and this proves it. It supports up to 2Mbps, and it really does.
