It works universally, but sck speed has to be slowed down for the atmega328p, so the overall upload speed is slower than 1.0; Next iteration will have auto-maximum sck speed automatically adjusted by the programmer.

PS. Upload errors are from plugging in incorrectly. Whole screen capture and video recording uncut but speeded-up.
