As a result of the unfortunate Swatting incident in December where Tyler Barriss swatted Andrew Finch by mistake over a Call of Duty World War 2 game. Kansas Legislators have decided to introduce stiffer penalties and jail time for those that would choose to engage in the dangerous practice. The Andrew Finch Act was passed unanimously.
