Kerbal Space Program - AW609 Tilt Rotor Test Flight
42The fictional "XV-1" is my first KAX creation in v0.90 Beta of Kerbal Space Program. It utilizes Infernal Robotics, KAX and TweakScale to demonstrate basic tilt-rotor aircraft operations.
Design inspired by Bell XV-15 and AgustaWestland AW609 tilt rotor aircraft.
It is powered by a pair of motor-jet engines (combination piston and jet engine) to deliver high performance from the miniature wingtip mounted 62.5cm engine nacelles.
