Ground Pork and Bean Sprout Hamburger Steak

■Ingredients (Serves 2)
☆Meat Filling
・200g Ground Pork
・1/2 Bag Bean Sprouts
・1 Beaten Egg
・1/2 Teaspoon Salt
・A Pinch of Pepper
★Other Ingredients
・1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
・2 Tablespoons Ketchup

■Procedure
(1) Place the ingredients marked with ☆ in a plastic bag and knead well (meat filling).
(2) Pour vegetable oil into an omelet pan and spread it lightly with kitchen paper. Heat over medium heat, add the meat filling, and cook, smoothing it evenly.
(3) Once browned, flip it over, cover with aluminum foil, and cook over low-medium heat for 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove the aluminum foil and cook over high-medium heat for 1 minute.
(4) Cut into bite-sized pieces, arrange on a serving dish, and garnish with ketchup.
