■ Ingredients (Serves 3)
・3 bowls of rice (600g)
・350g ground beef
・3 eggs
・1 onion (200g)
・A pinch of salt and pepper
・1 tablespoon vegetable oil
☆Seasonings
・4 tablespoons ketchup
・3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

■ Steps
(1) Finely chop the onion.
(2) Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened. Add the ground beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Press down as if searing, and fry until the meat is cooked through. (For a satisfying meal, break it up while sear-
ing until it retains a chunky texture.)
(3) Add the ingredients listed above and fry for 1-2 minutes, evaporating the water. Add the eggs in three places, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 5 minutes until the eggs are set. (Eat the eggs to your desired doneness. I cooked them without a lid because the yolks turn white.)
(4) Place the rice in a bowl and top with the ingredients from step 3. (Optional: Garnish with vegetables.)
