Kettle bells are something I don't use regularly but probably should because the benefits of doing so are pretty amazing.
Here I used 3 weights 28kg, 22kg and 16kg. Really tried to swing the kettle bells as high an controlled as I could and push the weight off using my legs as well as shoulders/arms
