*Started with some 60kg overhead shoulder presses
**20kg shoulder press keeping the reps fast and tension on supersetted with side lat raises with 2x 5kg plates
***160kg deadlifts for reps, put bars in to make sure the weight wasn't lifted from the floor to keep tension directly on my back not my legs
**** 40kg dumbell floor to ceiling press
