643I personally found this easiest to complete by equipping the Knife and heading to Hanging Dog Ranch, far West of Valentine. Save your game before heading into the Ranch to serve as a quick reload point incase anything messes up, then sneak through into the barn at the back of the Ranch.
Kill the first enemy with a sneak attack from behind, but be warned, this'll put the rest of the Ranch on alert. You'll be swarmed by enemies so watch your health and remedy as necessary, but the Knife is very versatile and has a bunch of different attacks depending on your situation, so spam the attack button as you near enemies and you should clear this first level without much difficulty!
