Close to 23 hours just to beat this stage on the hardest mode, SUFFERANCE MODE. That doesn't include the final boss, but the final boss only took minutes to beat. Very easy compared to the 4th and 5th stages. The 4th stage took over 14 hours as well. The full mode took around 40 hours to beat. This was after I put 22 hours into the game, just to beat easy , Regret Mode. So a little over 60 hours into the game before completing the hardest mode. As usual I jumped straight from easy to the most extreme setting. There's very little room for error in this game. Out of around 4000 games beaten, I rank this in the top 13 hardest challenges I've completed. The rare blue highlight on my KILL LIST. Out of those 13 I placed it in the 5th spot, which is no fuckin joke.

SUFFERANCE seems to be the hardest combat difficulty wise, but beating the game with No Deaths is another challenge in itself.
I put this whole fuckin stage and the final boss in this Difficult Gameplay Sections playlist video, since the entire stage is brutal, as a whole. The final boss wasn't too bad but might as well throw it in along with the ending.
