38Bloodsickle Heavys do still have directional attacks and have different tracers despite the animation being the same. For max damage you want Forward/Back heavy and for super wide Tracers use Side Heavy
Quarterpound = 4 Heavy
Scrakes = stab/light + 3 Heavy
Fleshpound = 2 Light (stumble) + 2 Heavy + 1 Light and 1 stab + 4 Heavy
1 light and 1 stab do not need to headshot are are purely to proc meleeHit affliction
