In the penultimate House of Sorrows faction quest you accompany one of the Winter Fae Eldest, Alarane, into the hollow of Sinsear to seek out the key to the Sorrows. The quest ends with a couple of major twists in the tale.

Afterwards I make some trips to offload some loot, then return to Klurikon for more questing.
