In this main quest you liberate the House of Pride, which involves defeating two bosses and a castle full of Tuatha. The bosses are Callis Dren and Witch Knight Myrna. Completing the quest opens up a new area of the map, Alabastra, and earns you a new twist of fate "Unstoppable Force" which gives you gold and physical damage boosts. The gold doesn't matter at this point in the game but the physical damage will make my bow a little better.
