0The next friend to enter is Chilly, this snowman uses ice attacks to freeze his opponents. Ice is a good ability to have, as you can freeze foes and send them at others to defeat them, and I felt like the courses were shorter, this is possibly due to there not being much you need Ice for, well other than equipping the Blizzard effect to weapons.
With the Ice effect, you can freeze water attacks from enemies, including waterfalls so that you can open up new paths, or when lighting up fuses with Fire, that is another thing you can do with Ice.
Now onto Ice as an ability, you can slide around by moving, and you can use Ice Breath, as well as kick a frozen enemy in a forward direction. And for Friend Abilities, any weapon will have the Blizzard effect, but there are many different types of things you can do with Ice, including Ice Curling if you have a Rocky as an ally, and if you have Driblee as an ally, you can use Ice, along with Driblee to perform Icicle Lance.
As for Ice as an ability, there are some boss fights which are a lot easier with Ice, one example is Twin Kracko, where if they use Twin Waterfall, you can use Ice to freeze one of them. and it will have a good advantage against any Water-Based enemy or Fire-Based enemy, so Chilly's Ice ability is a useful power to have.
