It is time to go through Galar Mine, and there are a bunch of Workers that use most of the Pokémon encountered there, like Rolycoly and a few others, and I will be rotating around my team so that I don't overlevel the upcoming Gym Leader.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

In case you are wondering why I am at Motostoke, I forgot to show the Hair Salon, and for the missing Minccino, I didn't realize you had to whistle around the fountain, but you do get a good item called the Throat Spray, which increases your Special Attack if you use a sound-based move, like Hyper Voice or Bug Buzz.
Then there is another section of Motostoke, if you take the lift from the left part, there is another part of Motostoke, I did not know about this until recently.
Now onto Galar Mine, and there are a lot of Rock-types there, as well as Workers that you can battle, and you can find a TM for Rock Blast, which is a nice move to teach to Rolycoly if you are using one.
Now onto encounters, Roggenrola is more common in Shield, whereas Timburr is more common in Sword. Starting with Roggenrola, it is a sturdy Rock-type with good Defense, and is a good Pokémon to teach the Rock Blast TM to, as it doesn't get it until later. It evolves into Boldore, and in order to evolve it again into Gigalith, it will require a trade. Gigalith has massive Attack and Defense, but low Speed, and can make good use of moves like Rock Slide and Earthquake, so this is a good Rock-type to use.
Then onto Timburr, and it is the same deal as Roggenrola, where Timburr's evolved form, Gurdurr needs to be traded into order to evolve into Conkeldurr. It does get some good Fighting and Rock-type moves, and it will be stuck with Low Kick until Hammer Arm at Level 42, unless you got the TR for Superpower, which will give Timburr a very strong move this early on. If you have a way to trade, Conkeldurr is a great Pokémon to consider for your team, as it has very high Attack and can deal massive damage.
Next up is Woobat, it will have Attract when caught, and in order to evolve it into Swoobat, it will need high enough friendship, so it will take a while. Swoobat is very fast, but the downside is that its stats are about average, but you can perform a good strategy with Attract and Air Slash thanks to its high Speed, otherwise there are better options.
Now onto the two Mole Pokémon, and first up is Diglett, this Pokémon is fast, but frail. The nice thing is that it gets Bulldoze at Level 16, when it evolves into Dugtrio, it become a speedy Ground-type with good Attack, so it is about to deal good damage with Earthquake. Dugtrio is a decent option to consider, as that high Speed can be very helpful in battle.
The other one is Drilbur, if you picked up the Bulldoze TM, teach that to Drilbur right away, as that will be its main move for a while, and combined with Hone Claws, Drilbur can sweep its foes. It becomes part Steel-type when evolved into Excadrill. Unfortunately, it doesn't get Earthquake until Level 52, but if you did get the TR for it in the Wild Area, specially this early on, you have a very powerful Pokémon, because Excadrill has very good Attack, and with Earthquake, Rock Slide and Swords Dance, it can easily sweep entire teams, so I strongly recommend it.
You can see minecarts moving around, they are Pokémon, but I will not spoil what they are called, but I will give you a hint, Rolycoly evolves into that Pokémon. You can also find Heavy-Duty Boots, which prevent the effects of traps, like Stealth Rock and Spikes, so I can see them being very popular in competitive battling.
Offscreen, I got a bunch of TRs, and I did get a Butterfree that can Gigantamax, and it has Bug Buzz, giving it a very powerful move, so Butterfree might make a great temporary member. I also forgot to mention that you can find Corvisquire as a special Pokémon on Route 3, and this is Rookidee's evolved form. I will also be rotating team members, so if my Drizzile or any of my team members get too high levelled, I can swap them out so that I can use different Pokémon. In this playthrough, I will add a rule in that I cannot go over the next Gym Leader's highest level Pokémon, so this will give it a challenge.
At the end, you will meet a person from back at Motostoke Stadium, his name is Bede and he specialises in Psychic-type Pokémon, his team is Solosis, Gothita, and a new Pokémon called Hatenna. If you have a Dark or Bug-type on your team, like Nickit or Butterfree, you shouldn't have too many problems. Solosis has Endeavor, Gothita can use Tickle to weaken your Attack and Defense, and Hatenna has Disarming Voice, giving it coverage against Dark-types.
