With all pieces of the Fruit Fragment collected, Magolor goes to Ethereal Altar, and once all of the pieces are collected, they can form a Gem Apple. Before then, Magolor goes through the last few boss fights and destroy the Master Crown, which is said to contain limitless power, and said to control the minds of anyone who wears it.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

After collecting all pieces of the Fruit Fragment, return back to Etheral Altar, and then it is time to take on the final few bosses in the Magolor Epilogue. To start things off is Crowned Doomer, which is almost like the Grand Doomer fight in the Main Mode, but is powered up by the Master Crown and the Fruit Fragment. Most of Crowned Doomer's moves are identical to Grand Doomer, and like the Rampaging Doomers, it can leave exploding stardust behind from most of its moves, and can use many elemental moves, like a water sphere, electric projectiles, and many others, and on the second phase, it creates shoot projectiles in the background, and it can create a rift where some Rampaging Doomers come out.
After the Crowned Doomer is down, the next fight is against a large tree, never would have expected a variant of Whispy Woods of all things to be the final boss, but anyway, the Master Crown has taken possession of the Fruit Fragment and has become a giant tree-like deity that usually is in the background for most of the fight, and the music is Mistilteinn, Tree Crown without a Ruler. The Master Crown's main attack is to attack with its roots from various rifts, and attacking the roots are the only way to deal damage to the Master Crown, and it can drop Gem Apple Bombs, and the laser attack is identical to HR-D3 from the Extra Mode, and it can fire sharp leaves out. In the second phase, the Master Crown fires multiple lasers that cannot be guarded, which is almost identical to a move used by the final boss of Kirby Star Allies. It can call in Doomers, and one attack the Master Crown does is teleport away and fall onto the arena, its shadow is a warning area, and the Master Crown can be damaged while it is using the move. After that, Magolor can then pick up a sword and use that to finish off the Master Crown much like the Ultra Sword, and that music that plays is really good, but you only get to hear like 10 seconds of the song, it is Settling a Score - Atone for One's Misdeeds, and this song did play as the 10 Players Left music in Tetris 99 during the tie-in event with this game.
Then we get the credits, and we then find out that the events of the Magolor Epilogue tie in with the Team Kirby Clash spin-off games where Magolor is a shopkeeper in those games.
After completing the Magolor Epilogue, if you completed the Extra Mode, you unlock the True Arena, but before then, I then take on a new course that is unlocked after beating the final boss. The Extra Stage is unlocked if you have a Gold Medal on all main courses in the Magolor Epilogue, and this one is a gauntlet of areas based on many rifts area from the Main Mode, and this plays various songs, like Interdimensional Traveler, the next song is an arragement of C-R-O-W-N-E-D from Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe, and then the Lor Starcutter theme from the Main Mode, which was the menu theme before completing the Main Story. The Silver Medal is 3500 points, 4000 points for Gold, and 4500 points for Platinum, and I even show the secret HAL Room.
With the Magolor Epilogue completed, Magolor's adventure is done, and there is still the True Arena left, and I might do the Merry Magoland missions if I can get around to that, because there are some that can be really difficult to get, the True Arena is also very challenging, but we'll see if I can get through that.
