I used: Forretress, Iron Hands, and Lycanroc (Dusk Form)
My Opponent used: Corviknight, Flutter Mane, and Azumarill
Stadium: Cabo Paco
Battle BGM: Western Pokémon

These set of online battles will be my last for a while, this is because Pokémon HOME, which was supposed to get the update this week, got delayed, and there is a Pokémon that I have in Pokémon HOME that I want to bring over to this game for the next team, or at least a Pokémon of that species.
In this battle, my opponent has a team of some of the top used Pokémon for online battles, like Flutter Mane, and I did see there was Chien-Pao and Ting-Lu, but neither of them were used in this battle. I don't know if I should explain about them if they are in the top 10, well that is the case with Flutter Mane, but I don't tend to come across Azumarill or Corviknight that often, but they are very popular picks for online battles.
The team that I have makes use of Forretress, the strategy is to set up Stealth Rock, and I have a Red Card on Forretress to make my opponent switch out a Pokémon, and as he has Sturdy, Forretress will be sure to take one hit while the opponent switches out due to the Red Card. He has Pin Missile for a Bug-type move, Body Press to deal damage with his Defense stat, and Gyro Ball to deal more damage against faster opponents, while good against Flutter Mane, the downside is it can learn Mystical Fire, and Forretress does not have the Special Defense to withstand Flutter Mane's attacks.
I brought in Iron Hands, and he has the Punching Glove, which powers up punching moves by 10%, and it prevents contact to targets, for example, Corviknight has a Rocky Helmet, and with the Punching Glove, Iron Hands does not take any damage from the Rocky Helmet, this was something I didn't know about until this battle, because I have never used the Punching Glove in online battles until this one, and I did read that it does not stack with Iron Fist. For moves on Iron Hands, it has Drain Punch and Thunder Punch for its main moves, Fake Out to flinch opponents, and Ice Punch for type coverage, and I went with a Grass Tera Type, Iron Hands is on the slow side, and this is a Pokémon that usually goes with a Tera Type different to its original types.
Then I have Dusk Form Lycanroc, he has a Rock Tera Type to increase the power of Accelerock, and he has Crunch, Close Combat, and Play Rough for coverage options, and a Life Orb to give his moves a 30% boost. I wasn't sure whether to have Rock Slide or Stone Edge, but as Tough Claws does increase the power of Accelerock, as it is a contact move, the other Rock-type moves I went over are not contact moves, and they don't have 100% accuracy like Accelerock does. There really needs to be more Pokémon that can learn Accelerock, because a Rock-type priority move would really work on most Pokémon, but the move is exclusive to Lycanroc, well it's only the Midday Form and the Dusk Form that can learn that move, and this Pokémon isn't commonly used in online battles, unless you count Midday Form Lycanroc on sandstorm teams in Double Battles where it does see good use.
