Here are the team of Pokémon in this video, which was decided by the random number generator.
P1 Team: Poliwrath, Dodrio, Nidoking, Tauros, Gyarados, Kadabra
CPU Team: Gengar, Parasect, Charmeleon, Meowth, Koffing, Krabby

Then, I will list the moves for each Pokémon in battle, starting with my team.
Poliwrath: Hypnosis, Submission, Counter, Surf
Dodrio: Fly, Tri Attack, Agility, Reflect
Nidoking: Earthquake, Horn Drill, Rage, Substitute
Tauros: Double-Edge, Fire Blast, Tail Whip, Bide
Gyarados: Surf, Dragon Rage, Bite, Fire Blast
Kadabra: Psychic, Counter, Recover, Dig

The CPU's team of Pokémon and moves.
Gengar: Thunderbolt, Night Shade, Hypnosis, Confuse Ray
Parasect: Spore, Take Down, Dig, SolarBeam
Charmeleon: Flamethrower, Counter, Seismic Toss, Strength
Meowth: Slash, Thunderbolt, Swift, Double Team
Koffing: Sludge, Toxic, Thunderbolt, Explosion
Krabby: Crabhammer, Guillotine, Double-Edge, Blizzard

This is another battle that went on for about six minutes, and I did get some good Rental Pokémon for this one, like Nidoking and Kadabra. I did get Tauros as a lead, and its Double-Edge can deal some good damage to opponents, Bide isn't worth using, as it takes 2 or 3 turns not attacking until the user attacks, dealing double damage taken during the turns Bide is used, not a move you would use, but when opponents use it, that is when you have to watch out. Nidoking has Rage, and in this game, the moment you select Rage, you cannot use any other move, and Nidoking is the only Rental Pokémon that knows Rage out of the Level 50 Pokémon used for Free Battle, but not the only one in this game, the Gym Leader Castle Rental Articuno has that move. The main reason why Nidoking is that good for a Rental Pokémon is that it has Earthquake, and good stats as well, even though the rest of its moves aren't too good, not even moves like Ice Beam or Thunderbolt to give it something it can work with, or even Mega Punch for a decent Normal-type move.
With the CPU Pokémon used, Meowth does make its first appearance in the Free Battle videos, and this one can get some good critical hits in with Slash, downside is it cannot take hits well, and there is Koffing's Explosion and Krabby's Guillotine, and while Gengar does tend to be a threat on the CPU team, I do have Kadabra, and interesting trivia, I don't remember if I went over this in an earlier Pokémon Stadium videos, Psychic-type Pokémon were immune to Ghost-type moves instead of being weak to them, but that does not apply to Night Shade, which can deal damage to even Normal-type Pokémon, the only damage dealing Ghost-type move aside from Night Shade was Lick, which had 20 power, not worth using over Thunderbolt when using Gengar, and as its part Poison-type, it is weak to Psychic-type moves, this does make me wonder that most players thought that Ghost was weak to Psychic, only to realize that the only Ghost-type Pokémon we had back then were part Poison-type. There was Rock against Electric, where players believed that Rock was immune to Electric, when it was really the Ground-type that is, it was because most of the Rock-type Pokémon in this generation were part Ground-type, which could be why.
