This si probably yhte best glitch I've encountered ina KOF game ever.

If you REALLY want to re-enact this, all you gotta do is this:

1. Have Rugal against anyone in KOF 2002 (It works in Neowave and presumably 2002 UM as well)

2. Have Rugal ready Kaiser Wave with theenemy right up close to him

3. Have the enemy dodge roll behidn Rugal

4. Just as Rigal rears back for level 2 Kaiser Wave, let go of the punch button.

5. ?????

6. PROFIT

This glitch is just plain fucking brilliant. The player will get stuck right inside of the Kaiser Wave as it sticks to him like glue, th ehit counter SKYROCKETING, their health PLUMETTING, DAMN is this glitch great.

Should the enemy ever get dislodged off of it, the Kaiser Wave will forevermore hover behind or infront of Rugal...at least until Rugal gets hit, fires a Kaiser Wave or uses a DM, whcih means you can effectively kill yoursel fby going NEAR him. Ouch.

Oh yeah and just so you know, I tride this and Kaiser Drill in KOF Neowave and it worked, surprisingly enough (I've got a PS2 copy of it at home. Since I'm British I got lucky with Neowave making it to PAL PS2s, so yeah) and I presume it works in 2002 UM since that has Kaiser Drill in it, so yes, it should work.
