Taking the previously designed stock Starship and making some modifications to allow it to be refueled in orbit. On top of that we also will need a variant that is capable of being a fuel tanker vs lifting mass to orbital. A "all fuel" variant you could say that is capable of landing as well, though I don't have much luck with that. From these designs we will test a refueling in orbit and see how things work as this will be the foundation to us expanding out to other bodies in the Kerbol system.
