A 1-credit clear of the arcade game Last Mission [lastmisn], played with WolfMAME 0.276. Score: 378,000. This is a kind of neat shmup with STRESSFUL boss music. It reminds me of Time Pilot - you can fly in any direction, you need to defeat a quota of enemies, then you fight a boss. Power-up locations seem to be fixed. Bomb at the start of stage 8, then head SE to get the K power-up so you can kill the final boss before time runs out. I had a double-KO on the final boss, but in this game, "tie goes to the runner" and a double KO counts as finishing the level. One silly note is that the game has two different "N" power-ups (one granting a bomb, one improving your currently-equipped shot). Data East could have used another letter...
