A 1-credit clear of the arcade game Tough Turf [tturfu], played with WolfMAME 0.273. Score: 6,847,550. A beat-em-up game similar to Double Dragon but with a twist ending. Wearing a tie, and hitting bad guys with a pipe - good times. I almost lost the run to BARRELS but managed to clutch it out. A 1cc gets a huge time bonus, in this case taking the score from 587K to 6.8 million.

This is one of the easier arcade beat-em-ups to clear. The first big thing to learn is the timing and spacing for BONKing people with the pipe. The next thing to know is who you can approach straight on, and who you want to hit as they walk onto your Y axis (big dudes with pipes or bats, jacket guys). Finally, doing a "Y axis jump kick" - where you hold straight up or down and hit jump+kick - is useful for the final bosses or if you don't have a pipe.
