- Smoke - Tabaxi Ranger / Rogue - Connect something to Smoke (Smoke knows Bag of Nails, Hooded Lantern, and Copper Bell) - Possessed by ???
- Gabriel / Tharmond - Asimar Celestial Warlock / bard. Died and has a different soul. Dreams of the soul monger. Possessed by Unkh (indecisive and obsessive)
- Ogechi (Ogecharak) - Shadow magic human sorcerer / warlock tied to the Eshowdow. Key to the door to the Night Serpent. Connected Fenthasa the Night Speaker and touched by Acererak.
- Allistair - Falling Asimar Paladin - tried to protect another group in the Tomb, they all died. Now wants to protect this new group. Onyx figurine of dog named Barneby. From Neverwinter.
- Arjan - Dragonborn Dragon Sorcerer. Trapped in the mirror from another world.
X Punchy - Kenku Samurai who wants to fly and is made of plant stuff. Touched by Acererak. Connected to Zuggtmoy. Possesses an idol of Zuggtmoy. Possessed by Obolaka. Obolaka and Zuggtomy have become a single entity.
X Warryn - Gnome druid who wants to be a big beast. Posssed by Wongo. (DEAD!)

## What secrets and clues might the characters uncover?
- Acererak made a pact with devils to fuel the Gears of Hate
- Gloomfinger the Erynes is willing to make a pact to save the characters if they give up a soul.
- Acererak has stolen part of the great chain of Mechanus to fuel his tomb.
- The Sewn Sisters are torturing a particular soul.
- Not every soul goes to the soul monger.
- Five keys are needed to open the door to the cradle.
- Acererak has many sensors out in the multiverse looking for artifacts, fonts of power, or future apprentices.
- Acererak spends his days traveling through ancient dead worlds looking for lost artifacts.
- An entire planet attempted to worship Acererak as a god. He did not care and the whole planet died. A case far worse than what happened in Omu.
- The sewn sisters are the nurses for Acererak's dark godling.
