Don't know if the chill makes any difference really.
New Year's Azura - +Res

Hagoita might not be strictly necessary but the 2 points in additional bulk is nice. Hone Spd 2 is required to get Soren into double territory for the kill on the FS lance flier. Comes with her base kit so was convenient.
Speed stacking is mostly so Ike doesn't get doubled by certain enemies and drop below QR threshold.
