Legitimately Beating Kid Chameleon 2: Heady Metal's Revenge
305Here's my first time beating Heady Metal's Revenge legit without using the level select feature. If you guys remember anything from my first attempt at this project, you know that it took me FOREVER to beat it. But this video just goes to show how much easier it is if you actually make the effort to look for all the secrets that Drios has hidden. They're everywhere! I amassed so many lives in this run that I not only beat all four bosses without the level select, but I also did it one continue, with 41 to spare!
Big shoutout to Drios, the author of this project, who invested countless hours into the level design and his attention to even the most minute of details. It looks awesome, plays awesome, and it's simply the best mod of this game to date. I also cannot go without giving credit to Skarloey100, Tyadran, and Lord Molyb, who I know helped Drios out with level testing and some of the more difficult stuff like enemy, platform, and background programming.
