Whereas Any% requires you to only collect the pufferfish in each level, 100% demands that you also find the two gems and three clues as well. The clues are especially annoying because you can only get them by finding orange starfish, which are constantly moving and often difficult to track down.

The first level in this run had some of the craziest RNG I've ever seen, with all six items dispersed across just the first three screens. This gave me a nice buffer for what would become a sub-par level 2, and a good level 3. And with that, I shall be retiring from this game for now.
