0A brief excursion into the tower's oubliette makes me wish I'd studied harder in school. We thus leave for the comparatively nicer upper floors, where thankfully they haven't checked in on any of the prison guards yet. In fact they're weirdly trusting of a complete moron and his party of kleptomaniacs, giving us keys and critical missions after a few (even failed!) speech checks. Really, the problem with cults is they recruit fanatics before competent professionals. Principle of least privilege, people, let's see some opsec here.
Anyway, after some stealth and more than a little jank, we get quite a bit of insight into the big evil plan, and Ketheric Thorm's role in particular. Of course he has a tragic backstory - don't they always? - but the burning question is how to write his epitaph...
