At 15:26 there's a scripted enemy aggro that is unavoidable and that's why you can hear combat music. But I run past the section invisible so there's no way they detected me. It's just the game deciding that the troops must be alerted. I guess they're supposed to be alerted by the ship sinking, not an intruder.
