I have never actually played a dating sim before, so this is going to be an interesting experience for me. I know that there are typically two kinds of dating sims: one that is completely decision based where you go down various paths and (possibly) end up dating a particular character by the end of it, and another where you can date any number of characters all at once where the main gameplay comes from managing time, money, and items to gain the affection of your prospects. This game falls squarely in the former.

I've announced in the video that I will be specifically pursuing Satch at the request of a friend who has played through most of the storylines. Because of this recommendation, I am going to assume that the Satch plotline is one of the better written ones, but I'm going to have to draw my own conclusions as I go along. From what I have seen of this game (mainly the Super Beard Bros playthrough) the setup of this game takes a long time, then once you have chosen a character that you want to try dating it speeds up a lot. Nearly half of the game is getting to know every character on a surface level, then you choose which character you would like to get to know more in depth. Because of this, it is difficult to judge the game without playing through it multiple times. However, I have been told that there are multiple options (including a skipping option that is unlocked once you have reached one ending) that helps you move through the game more quickly to see all of the routes and reach the True Ending.

Depending on how much of this game people want to see (it is a couple of months old at this point, so I imagine interest from the general population is down) I may play more routes, or I may just play the Satch route and then possibly make a bonus video where I show off whatever True End there might be.
