96The odds are absolutely stacked against us in this mission, what with the ion storms and NOD have artillery pieces scattered around the area. Fortunately for us, our opponent isn't being as aggressive as they should be, giving us the time to set up defences. Walling off our construction yard and setting up some turrets protects it from engineers and concrete will secure most of our facilities from surprise attack, though getting money for all that is easier said than done.
The key to this mission is focusing your scant resources on both protecting what you have and driving NOD away from the tiberium that you so desperately need. The lack of aircraft makes this difficult, but not impossible, for titans are hardy and not too expensive.
Is there a better way? Absolutely, but there's still plenty of wiggle room to succeed by muddling through even at this late stage in the campaign. That's a hallmark of a well-balanced game.
