Let's Play C&C Tiberian Sun (GDI) #35: The Final Showdown Begins

We've had some time-sensitive missions throughout this campaign, but everything is on the line here. Not only is Kane preparing to launch his world-altering tiberium missile, but he's also set up a trio of ICBM launchers to destroy the Philadelphia and GDI along with it. That Kane has Umagon and intends to turn her into a tiberium monster makes it all the more personal for McNeil who has disobeyed a direct order from Solomon to deploy in Cairo and stop NOD once and for all.
Not long after we take out the initial NOD outpost and begin setting up our base, the timer for the ICBM launching starts. You are given access to where it is, deep in a neigbouring enemy base and You have an in-game hour to take out the launcher, whereupon the rest of the map is revealed and another timer starts. All the while, you're under attack from multiple angles, not to mention lesser missiles that are launched at you at regular intervals.
This is going to be a rough one, but we'll manage... probably.
