The Maug... born sickly and weak, they dedicated themselves to science to try and fix this issue.
Their biggest strength is that they can get research done faster AND they can skip a tier level. You don't need Electronics for Chaos Computers or Antimatter Rifles to get Disruptor Beams. You can just go straight there instead!
Biggest weakness though is that they have huge morale problems and you better have some culture set up to distract everyone from how sick they are.
