The Re'Lu are essentially two different beings joined as one species. The Re and the Lu. They have powerful psionics available that allow them to see into everyone's territory and... that's pretty much all I really care about.
Their mission is to seek out the alien artefacts left on the planet which is pretty neat. I like that sort of goal they have in mind.

Beneath you floats magnificent, untamed Gallius IV, a terran world newly discovered in this disputed part of the galaxy.
