The Uva Mosk are essentially a bunch of plant-like alien hippies who want to go around spreading nature back to the galaxy.
They also call each other "Comrade" and talk about revolution a lot.
Their soundtrack is also too bloody loud and made recheck my audio so apologies if you can't hear anything but the music.

Right, the Uva Mosk's special powers are that they produce the most resources (besides food) in the game but their major weakness is that they pay less taxes than anyone else so they'll be in a heap of debt very quickly if you don't get your trade up.
