The party’s died down a bit now, it’s just a distant memory after EGX, and we’re rolling into episode 52 with a lot less style, but just as much talent, humour, and… whatever else you come here for. You definitely don’t come here for a Divinity Original Sin 2 walkthrough. If you’re looking for that, I’m sorry, you’ve actually stumbled onto Rock Paper Shotgun’s Divinity Original Sin 2’s Let’s Play. And it’s chaotic at best, especially as we try to uncover the secrets of Bloodmoon Island.
In this DiOSi2DefEd Let’s Play, Matthew and Alice continue their journey on Bloodmoon Island, but before they begin they have to resurrect each of their team members after last weeks very shambolic episode where… everyone… died. Totally fine. No biggie. They go ahead and sort out a few more dungeons below those hatches for the The Forgotten and the Damned quest. Remember the hatches? Yeah there’s more this week. Hatches and levers. That’s what this island should be called.
Up next, they take on the Black Ring surrounding the poor, gross, ancestor tree. Will they make it? Won’t they make it? Matthew hasn’t saved for a while by the time our intrepid adventurers get to the tree and… well… it’s not looking good. Make sure you stay tuned for some top tips on the ancestor tree fight for the Secrets of Bloodmoon Island quest. Do we learn the name of the arch-demon? Or do we die? Place your bets.
And finally, we top it off with a short (short?) visit to Jahan, to begin rounding up the A Hunter of Wicked Things quest. Short? Did I say short? Nothing’s ever short with Jahan, that guy can talk. And talk he does. He’s pretty happy we managed to defeat the advocate.
