90Let's Play Divinity Original Sin 2 continues. This week: the sallow man fight, as we pursue An Unlikely Patron quest. Er, if we can manage to unbreak the game, using our Awesome Games Done Quick magic. It's a messy Divinity Original Sin 2 lets play, even by our standards.
It turns our getting into The Academy has broken some other quests: Alexander is not around to give us access to the Sallow Man's lair, but who are we to let a little thing like an impenetrable stone wall get in our way. Good thing too: the Sallow Man fight shows off some hot tactics and let's us continue the Red Prince quest and meet an old friend from way back in episode one. It's like This Is Your Life, only with more living skeletons.
We also venture into The Academy - this feels like the final straight of the Nameless Isle, the place we're meant to ascent to Divinity. But first: a library full of ghost to try and sort out. We get to play ghost detective as we follow Unscholarly Pursuits in the library - there are bodies and switches everywhere. Can our Divinity Original Sin 2 Rock Paper Shotgun super duo figure it out? Please don't bet money on it.
