Let’s Play Edna & Harvey: The Breakout #01: ...Where Am I?
500Momentary disorientation when waking up is nothing unusual, but when you find yourself in a padded cell within an asylum, it’s fair to say that something is amiss somewhere. This is the case for Edna, a young woman with no idea where she is, who she is or why she is where she is. With no-one willing to give her the answers she seeks, there’s only one thing to do but escape, though that’s a lot easier said than done.
The only help we have is from a terry cloth cuddly toy called Harvey whose very existence is a mystery all its own, another to pile on top of the stack of enigma we need to solve, something we can’t do if we spend the rest of the game stuck within the four walls of our cell, so let’s get about getting out of here.
This is a game I have no experience with and, much like all point and click adventure games I play, I’ll be examining everything, using everything on everything and talking about everything, as long as I remember to do so. This game is apparently full to the brim with dialogue and I for one am looking forward to finding as much of it as possible, especially if it’s super silly. How silly this game is going to get considering the tone at the start is up to debate, but considering the introduction, there’s more than enough silly to go around.
