Zidane and his Entourage finally leave Fossil Roo, only to find themselves along the fields of the new Outer Continent. From the tavern they travel to the most unique designed structure ran by Dwarves known as Conde Petie. After a few talks with the natives, Vivi is welcomed warmly by the dwarves much to his surprise. but the biggest comes when he spots a Black Mage trading with the locals. Fearful he was found, the Mage flees, prompting Zidane and the group to follow him to a place where not even the owls can live.

There, the group finds not one nor two but a WHOLE Village filled with Self Aware Black Mages, fearful of their presence. Fearful, the mages flee from a majority until Dagger's sincerity and Zidane's joking puts some to ease, but the real shock is when Vivi talks with the leader and First aware Black mage, No. 288 (I know he has a number but...I dont like it, I rather give him a name so for through out this walk through i'll refer him as Adapa- meaning Great Sage. I'll start using it when i can in story.).
