00:00 - 06:40 - I fight some monsters on my way to the Old Camp, and die my first death
06:40 - 07:30 - [NEW MOD CONTENT] I find a body of a person from one of the new camps added by the mod
07:30 - 09:35 - I go into the Old Camp and talk with Diego
09:35 - 12:55 - [NEW MOD CONTENT] Diego gives me some information about one of the new camps, and also entrusts me with a personal quest to do a couple of favours for him. It starts one of the longest questchains of the mod
12:55 - 28:05 - I continue exploring the Old Camp, talking with Thorus, again with Diego, as well as with Baal Taran from the Swamp Camp
28:05 - 31:45 - I get bamboozled hard by Bloodwyn, because I forget some details from vanilla. I also talk about a missed opportunity with the "protection racket" system.
31:45 - 35:45 - I continue exploring the Old Camp, talking with Gravo and Graham the Cartogrpher
35:45 - 38:10 - [NEW MOD CONTENT] I do a quick fetch quest for one of the new characters
38:10 - 53:36 - I continue exploring the Old Camp, talking with Sly, Dusty, Whistler and Dexter
53:36 - 55:04 - [NEW MOD CONTENT] I talk with a new character, who will be relevant at a later point in one of the mod's quests

Dark Mysteries are a mod expansion for Gothic 1 in the same vein the Night of the Raven is an expansion for Gothic 2 – the mod does not work as a standalone, nor does it replace the original storyline. Instead, it adds and expands UPON the original base, and it’s storyline is intertwined with the vanilla storyline, requiring you to do both and linking both in various ways.
It adds maybe even a hundred new quests, dozens of new characters and thousands of new lines of dialogue. Among it’s most impressive features are the five new camps that you can join.
