We return a lost wakishashi and are rewarded with a boss battle.

Youmu is reasonably fast with some powerful physical attacks as well as some aoe attacks. Part way through the fight, she will focus before using her most powerful area attack. She is weak against Dark. With Kasen, this fight can be finished in a couple of turns.


Youmu Konpaku (Half-Human Half-Phantom Gardener)

Pretty much the same as the previous game. Youmu is a physical attacker/tank that is really vulnerable to magic and has a low MP pool. She has a very high MP recovery so it is possible to leave her out and use Concentrate every other turn to keep her attacking. She has two single target physical attacks along with two Area attacks one being Wind and the other Nature. Her passives revolve around her getting passive buffs due to taking damage, being at full MP, or converting Atk/Mag debuffs into buffs. She can also increase the amount of MP she gets through Concentrate (up to plus 4 MP added).

Cirno (Small Fairy of the Ice)

Similar to the previous game, Cirno is rather weak but sports powerful Speed Debuffs and an Area Paralysis ability. She has a single target Composite Cold spell that debuffs Speed, an Area Cold Attack that inflicts paralysis, and an Area Composite Cold spell that debuffs Speed. She also has a self buff that boosts Defense/Mind. Her passives can slow down enemies, speed up recovery from Debuffs and Status Effects, and reduce Cold damage to the party. She has Synergy with Team 9 just like Rumia.
