We finish up Floor 9 and get our revenge on Nitori.

Nitori (boss):
This time she is not a random encounter and packs the hp necessary to be called a boss. Kappa's Illusion Waterfall and Extending Arm are both back and stronger than ever along with a few new attacks. Air Torpedo is a single target Wind attack that does ok damage but mostly targets the left character. Optical Camouflage is a buff that increases Defense, Mind, and Speed by a large amount. The extra Speed will ensure she will continously pile on the attacks on your party.

Her newest invention though, Megawatt Linear Gun, she uses every five turns on your far left party member. It is fire based with some piercing ability. If your tank is not sporting high hp, defense, and fire affinity, don't be surprised if she is one shotted. This fight revolves around keeping the heat on while keeping your main tank alive for the Megawatt Linear Gun. But do not neglect the rest of your party as Nitori will still use Waterfall and Extending Arm to punish the rest of your party.


Nitori:
Kappa Inventor
Though sporting not as high stats as other physical attackers, Nitori makes up for it with very powerful moves. Her Kappa Illusion Waterfall (Area Physical Water attack) and Extending Arm (Area Physical Nature attack) are more than powerful enough to clear groups of monsters. But where she truly shines is with the Megawatt Linear Gun. Unlike the boss fight, this gun is Non Elemental damage so the only thing that can resist it is raw Defense and even then it pierces through most of it. This attack has a extremely high Attack % making it one of the most powerful physical attacks in the game. Even without buffs, it will tear bosses a new one. Just remember to swap her out though after using it as it does reduce her ATB to zero and she is rather squishy to both physical and magical attacks. Swap her in, fire, swap out and let her reload, repeat. That is all you need Nitori to do. Though giving her Iku buffs is always nice too.

Oh guess she has a self buff too. Optical Camouflage will increase her defenses and Speed. Really the only reason to use this is for the plus Speed and even then its not really needed.
