Let's Play Legend of Grimrock 19: Puzzling Puzzles
250It's safe to say that sometimes the solution to a puzzle doesn't come to me right away, even if it's exceptionally obvious. In fact, those can be the puzzles that you miss the trick to more often then not, focused on other things so much that the simple facts pass you by. I've had pretty good luck dealing with many of the riddles and trials the game has thrown at me so far; they definitely outweigh my failures in this run but are far less apparent then when things go awry, especially at this later stage when the puzzles are often complicated but occasionally very simple indeed.
But this is merely delayed success, as we'll defeat all these challenges with enough time, perseverance and lightning bolts flung by Eyes at enemies who dare to oppose the groups descent of the mountain. He's rather good at that now, as you can imagine. One thing I can say however is that things are getting even stranger the further down the party go, with far more questions then answers. Perhaps the answers are far worse then then the void their absence left. We'll find that out soon enough, for better or worse.
