Compared with its spiritual predecessor Mega Man OP, it feels it had a greater amount of effort and polish put into it. However, it still feels lower-effort and shallow in several regards - it's marginally better. So, I don't recommend this fangame, but props to the developer for iterating on their design. They just need to put more effort into their works.
